So, I have a 2 and a half year old shih-tzu girl, and I don't know what's wrong with her. She won't get up off the ground, she's been laying down, I thought she was dead. Her nose is very dry, and a little while ago she was choking. What is wrong with her? Is she gonna die? Please help!

whats wrong with my dog? soo worried?
yesterday she started having diarrhea badly and couldn't keep food or water down because she would keep being sick.
this morning i went to check on her and she had 'pooed' blood everywhere...
my dad took her to the vets this morning and she had to stay there so they could keep an eye on her. he went back after work and they told him she needs to stay in over night as she keeps being sick with blood in it - but no more diarrhea.
they told my dad that shes very ill and they've put her on a drip and said if she keeps being sick they will send her to a proper animal hospital.
shes had all her vaccinations and she is only 4 years old so i just dont understand??
shes like my baby, i love her to bits... im soo worried

Please help i dont know whats wrong with my dog?
My chiahuha's whole body is twitching like crazy, he cant walk, and his mouth is staying open, ( its always closed). Hes kinda old, nothing happend to hurt him, he jus started like twitching like crazy like trimmers :( am scared for him any idea whats wrong with him..

Help me please ! i don't know whats wrong with my dog !?
my dog is pregnant , she is 2 years old , her due date was on thursday ... right now she is shaking as if shes freezing cold but i have wrapped up in a blanket against my body so she can feel the heat , i can see the outline of the babies inside her belly , she is restless , & she will not go to sleep ; she is freaking me out , my mom isn't home & i don't know what to do .. someone please help me ! is she in labor or something ? should i try to find a way to take her the doctor ? Help !
She just gave birth at 9:45 .. to 3 beautiful little pups ... so to the ones who were trying to be a**holes shove it ! My dog was forced to breed we didn't even know she was pregnant until we came home from vacation ; our dog sitter wasn't watching her well ... i will be taking the dogs to the vet as soon as possible the vet next door helped in her delivery & said that for right now she is doing fine as far as he can see ... for those who helped i dearly appreciate it & may the lord bless you ... & for the ones who wasted their time to be jackasses if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all !
