My Dog Keeps Throwing Up
Dog Training - Train a Dog to Fetch
The fetch game is probably the most popular and most used dog activity for rewarding your dog and giving him exercise at the same time. Giving your dog regular exercise is essential in keeping your dogs health up to scratch and helping them live a more exciting happy life.
Playing the fetch game with your dog is very easy and takes as much effort as you want to put into it. Simply take some form of ball, Frisbee, or stick and get your dogs attention with it, as soon as your dog has their eyes on the swinging stick, throw it as far as possible and command your dog to fetch the stick and pointing in the direction you threw it in with some enthusiasm to make it seem fun for your dog.
Dogs love this game and are happy to play it al day long with you, some dogs like the game more than others due to breed tendencies to please the owners. There are many different products available to help you with this command if you suffer from a bad back or similar and are incapable of bending down or throwing, this product is a long stick that cups the tennis ball and makes it easier to throw and pick up the ball.
This activity can be an energetic exercise for both you and your dog if you want it to be. Running around after your dog and throwing for your dog to fetch is a way used by many to keep fit and not just their dogs. A helpful two in one exercise to keep both parties healthy can't be a bad choice!

Dog Throwing Up, Vet cant figure it out and I cant afford to go back anymore?
So my dog keeps throwing up digested food (I know its digested because it comes up as mush, and hours later after eating). I've brought him to the vet a couple of times...they've checked his blood for everything and cant find a thing. Then they thought it was a blockage so they xrayed him...still couldnt find anything and even fed him this thing that will show up on the xray to show that everything is moving through his system. So now they think maybe it was the food and put him on this special low residue diet...first starting with canned food then moving to hard kibble....he was fine for a week and started throwing up as soon as I introduced the hard kibble. (he usually throws up in the middle of the night, so it is well after he has eaten). Does anyone know if maybe its because he is eating too fast (he also has a bad under bite)? I didnt think it was that because would throw up much later, and it wasnt whole pieces, it was mush...cant figure out why hes throwing up!!
He acts completely normal, not lethargic at all...as energetic as ever...and eats fine and goes to the bathroom fine.
The vet said that the next step would be invasive...in which they cut him open and search to see if the xray missed anything...but god knows how much that is going to cost plus I dont want to risk that with him....Ive already spent 500 with no results!! arghh
help!
I forgot to mention...the dry food that he started eating after the canned food...is still the special low residue fromula
Also...before he got on the low residue diest perscribed by the vet...I fed him blue buffalo...so no...I did not feed him crappy dog food and yes I realize Blue buffalo recently had a recall but it was not the brand I fed him...but that recall was over high calcium...which would not cause vomiting
Well my vet told me it wasnt the cause ...which is 'how I can be so casual'...cause im not a vet...I dont know anything about that.....and he's been off of blue buffalo for awhile now and is still throwing up....
