My lab has the worst case of skin allergy, having lost fur around the eyes and patches on his body. He does not have any form of mange, and has be diagnosed with a possible food allergy. He is already off egg products, and has started venison, but still not much change - HELP!

Shih Tzu Skin allergy?
Well, our family dog is suffering from this weird skin allergy. She's loosing hair from her upper chest then now through her neck and back of the neck. She's around 7 or 8 years old. Also her piss oftenly has blood(menstruation?) for like 3-5 days straight and it stinks so much. I pity our dog. She loves my bed and I don't why is she attracted to a scooby doo pillow on my bed(oh yes, she loves to HUMP it. weird though she's a girl) well anyway I really pity our dog. She's already taking special dog food for skin allergies. How can this allergy be stopped. She's like slitting her neck off when she scratches(well she does wound herself because of that) EMO DOG. wth. I really pity her. anyone who has a dog with this kind of sickness? what to do? I live in the philippines, I don't know any good reliable vet around here. Mosts vets here are like fake vets, they prescribe drugs then nothing happens. Anyway my shih tzu is pure.
anyway, she pisses blood 3-5days straight then she suddenly stops pissing blood for a week or more then pisses with blood again for 3-5days. Well I will try to look for a good vet but if anyone knows a good vet here in my country please tell me

Dog food for skin allergies?
What is a good dog food to feed to a dog with skin allergies? Our yorkie has terrible skin allergies and we can't find a good food to feed him. He's been to the vet multiple times over the years and gets medication, but that's not enough. He still chews himself constantly.
This dog was bred horribly. He has many health problems including seizures. He's almost 10 so at the time we bought him I knew nothing about good or bad breeders. If buying from a breeder make sure it's a good one, otherwise, adopt.
The seizures are usually just at random times. Some are caused by stress. He usually has 1 a year, but this year he's had 2 or 3.
